Hick’s BBQ – Stop 6 – Tuscaloosa’s Best Burger

Hick;s BBQ is a jewel on Hwy 43 in Northport. As always, your suggestions were merited.  We learned that Hicks has been in business for over 25 years and we learned a little secret to their success....Customer relationships. Plain and simple. 

I would recommended Hick's BBQ for sure.  I ordered the large cheese burger and they gave me a rib and a side of baked beans to try. Wow! 25 plus years of cookin' ribs on an open flame leads to perfection! The baked beans were nothing short of fantastic. They were not to sweet, just the right amount of seasoning and  didn't last long on my plate.

Now, the burger. Almost every category on my scale was met at 100%. The buns were fresh, the meat was done evenly, and juice dripped when I took the first bite! A signature old school down home greasy spoon type burger!
