West Alabama Counties Brace for Extreme Heat Wednesday
Alabama residents can expect another series of hot and humid days. When I got in the car this afternoon, my temperature reading said 104 °F. Now, that’s brutal.

To give Alabamians a heads up on dangerous heat index values, the National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory for Wednesday, July 16, from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Please remember that hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat-related illnesses.
