After a lengthy road closing, look what is open again and looking better than ever, it's a stretch of University Boulevard on the east end of the UA campus!

The summer project with a price tag of $11.3 million was much more than a paving project. The new look has a scenic median, among other aesthetic enhancements. The improvements aren't just for cars either, with a dedicated bike lane and improved sidewalk lighting.

The final touches are being made on the completed road project on University Boulevard between Butler Field and Hackberry Lane. It really comes just in time, as we approach the new semester and football season. Roll Tide to that!
