OK, this led me to think about some words that should be killed off as we head into a new year in West Alabama. Now, the words that need to die in 2023...and some are phrases/words, and I don't want to catch any grief over this little discrepancy.
I'm just burnt out on this one, literally.

I know I'm not alone on this phrase/word. I understand that it works when you need to end a debate/argument at times. That's why some see it as a useful phrase but it is time to find a new way to end debates. In fact, I have a suggestion for a replacement...how about "YOU MAY BE RIGHT"?
You aren't saying they ARE right, just that they MAY be right. Just a suggestion.
