Winter Storm Warning Cancelled; Alabama Now Under a Winter Weather Advisory

The forecast has rapidly changed in the past hour, and the National Weather Service has cancelled the Winter Storm Advisory.

.Rain will continue to change to snow from northwest to southeast
this morning. Snow will come to an end around noon today in the
East. Locally heavy snow for a short period could result in
accumulations up to one inch mainly on grassy and elevated
surfaces. Some slick spots and hazardous travel cannot be ruled
out on area roadways.
