What Grocery Store Do You Want to See in Downtown Tuscaloosa?

My wife and I have hoping for a Trader Joe's near us for some time, could it happen now?

Now that a contract has been granted to a developer that plans to build a new grocery store and shopping center in downtown Tuscaloosa, the question is:  What grocery store?  What other stores will be in the shopping center?  According to the Tuscaloosa News, the new store is expected to be a high-end grocery store.  So could it be a grocery store that we don't already have here, like Whole Foods, Sprouts or Trader Joe's who all have stores in Birmingham but not here?  Or another store from a company that already has stores here, like Publix?  What about a new store like Safeway or Kroger or Hy-Vee?

Which new grocery store are you hoping for?  And what other stores would you like to see in the new shopping center?
