Tuscaloosa City Weather Briefing and Update

According to the latest information released by Tuscaloosa City officials, one fatality has been confirmed but cause of death is pending. A 21-year old white male was transported to DCH Regional Medical Center after a retaining wall collapsed.
Several homes in Woodland Forest reported damage and gas leaks were reported at Bellview Drive and Oakhiill Drive, Autumnwood Lane and Woodland Forest Drive.
Trees and power lines are down on Hargrove Road as well as a malfunctioning traffic signals at Hargrove Road and Snow Hinton Park and on McFarland Boulevard at the I 20/59 ramp.
Mayor Maddox and staff witnessed flooding in the following areas:
* 22nd Ave. & 11th St.
* 22nd Ave. & 13th St.
* 22nd Ave. & 14th St.
* Bryant Dr. at Jackson Ave.
* Bryant Dr. at 2nd Ave.
* Oakhill Ct. & East Hargrove Rd.
