I just love the reports that I keep hearing about Tua's recovery, and it makes me wanna shout "ROLL DANG DOLPHINS!"  According to the Sun Sentinel, Kevin Wilk, a prominent physical therapist who has been treating Tagovailoa in Birmingham, reported that Tua is "doing miraculously well."  Wilk continued, stating "the miraculous part is that he healed so well. The second part is, he’s been so well at getting his strength back, which usually takes a long time after something like this.”  They have been focused on strengthening his hip, his ankles, and his throwing shoulder.  It's no surprise that Tua is pushing hard, cause he has the heart of a champion.

Tua is also working his mind, as he participates in Zoom meetings to learn the Dolphins' program.  According to Wilk, “you can barely talk to him when he’s at the clinic. He’s either doing exercises or his face is buried in the iPad, learning the system.  He’s laser focused. One of the most focused I’ve ever seen anybody, to be honest.”  Wilk has worked with many great athletes, i.e. Michael Jordan, over the years, so this speaks volumes.

This is great news for both Bama fans, who love Tua, and Miami fans, who want to see a return on a 5th pick investment from the recent NFL draft.  On May 11, 2020, Tagovailoa accepted a 4-year deal with the Dolphins worth $30.28 million, a $19,578,500 signing bonus, and a fifth year option. #RollTide #WildBillShow
