We all knew it was bound to happen.

But Tuscaloosa, Alabama!!!

We know this is a very hot topic right now and lots of emotion is stirred when it is brought up at this time.

America was built on immigrants and it just needs to be done the right way. Right? Can we all see eye to eye on that?

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids have been a topic of discussion recently.

These raids are aimed at apprehending and removing individuals who are in the US illegally, mainly targeting those with criminal records or who have ignored deportation orders.

ICE raids can definitely be controversial, If you have an issue with them, tell me how you would solve this issue.
In contrast, others claim that they can lead to the separation of families and the targeting of vulnerable communities.

It's worth noting that ICE raids can be unpredictable and may not always be publicly announced. Well, that's kind of the point. You really can't make an announcement and have it be successful.

So, here’s the scoop: A guy named Alireza Doroudi, who is from Iran and has been studying for his PhD at the University of Alabama since 2023, got taken by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This happened early on a Tuesday morning at his home.

According to a report from the Crimson White, which is the student newspaper at UA, Doroudi had his visa canceled about six months after he got to the U.S., but nobody really knows why. However, he was told by the university's International Student and Scholar Services that this kind of thing happens sometimes, and as long as he kept being a student there, he could stay in the country.

Now, here comes the raw data.

According to the latest data we found from the Pew Research Center, the top 5 cities in Alabama with the highest estimated number of Illegal immigrants are:
