There's nothing quite like the love between a pet and its owner, and The Steve Shannon Morning Show and Bradberry Service Company know how hard it is on a family when their furbaby goes missing--that's why we're on the case with The Steve Shannon Morning Show Pet Patrol

We're using the power of the radio and internet to help reunite lost pets with their loving families. This week, we're putting out an APB for a special beagle named Smudge.

Smudge is a 16-year-old beagle and a member of the Blankenship family of Tuscaloosa. He's known for his distinct hop when he walks, and he earned his name for the smudge he has on his head. He wasn't wearing a collar when he became lost, and he was last seen in the Harbor Ridge/North River area.

Smudge's family is from Tuscaloosa; when you check out the post below, you'll instantly recognize Jack Blankenship--he's known for being "The Face" of Alabama Basketball and now works for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The Blankenships love Smudge and miss him terribly.

If you have seen Smudge, please call the Blankenship family at (205) 454-9104 or (205) 758-4438.
