
Sub-Freezing Temps Soon: Freeze Watch Issued for Parts of Alabama
Portions of Alabama could experience sub-freezing temperatures soon. Here is what you need to know.

The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a “Freeze Watch” from late Tuesday night through Wednesday morning.
There is the potential for sub-freezing temperatures ranging from 30 to 32 degrees.

The “Freeze Watch” impacts the following Townsquare Media Coverage Area counties:
Fayette
Lamar
Walker
Other counties included in the watch are Blount, Calhoun, Cherokee, Cleburne, Clay, Etowah, Jefferson, Marion, Randolph, Shelby, St. Clair, Talladega, and Winston.
Possible Impacts
These frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
