We have to think of it as another way to hurt or kill our loved ones or someone else’s family.

Too many people consider being out on the water as nowhere near as dangerous as being on a highway, and it is.

I’m not going to lecture anybody, but we have far too many accidents on the water, mainly due to mixing alcohol with boating, and the two don’t mix.

Unfortunately, this accident on Smith Lake caused fatalities, and that is really unfortunate.

These people should still be with us today.

A Georgia man has been indicted on charges of manslaughter in this terrible accident.

You can see a boat come flying across the water at high speed as it collides with another boat.

Flynt Davis is the man indicted, and he’s 22 years old.

He was indicted last Thursday in Cullman County on three charges of reckless manslaughter in connection with the crash on Smith Lake that caused fatalities.

A fishing tournament was taking place, and that’s why the three men were on Smith Lake.
