IHOP actually has the MOST slow service complaints nationwide. I, however, have not ever had an issue at the Tuscaloosa IHOP on Skyland Blvd.

To be fair, some individual restaurant locations are better than others. But the restaurants we named have had the most slow service complaints nationwide.
