Set of Mysterious Lights Seen in Central Alabama

Surely there's a logical explanation....right?

Anytime a strange set of lights appears, talk of aliens comes up. But a lot of stuff goes on in the night sky. Spike Aerospace reported that even just on average there are 8,000 - 13,000 planes in the air at any given time.

But...sometimes things look like more than a simple plane.

Cullman Daily posted this picture on their Facebook page Tuesday night:

Seen on I-65 in Cullman County, there's undeniably some intelligent force behind this set of lights. They're just WAY too bright to be stars.

Folks in the comments of the Facebook post gave their guesses:

"[T]hey resemble military flares by my eye," said Eddie.
Lora and Venessa thought it might be drones.
Several folks joked that it might be Santa--come on, guys, Santa doesn't come till December. Let's take this seriously.

But by far the most common answer was...STARLINK.

Owned by Elon Musk's company SpaceX, Starlink is a series of satellites that supply internet coverage. Here's a picture:

Well...the mystery might be solved. If you see this in the sky--it's probably not aliens, just Elon Musk.

But honestly that might be even scarier.
