R&R Cigar’s Reagan and Other Bar Owners Have A Message For The Mayor

R&R Cigar Bar owner Reagan is asking other Tuscaloosa Bar owners to join him on an 11am Friday Zoom call with Mayor Walt Maddox.

Reagan’s requesting that they be allowed to stay open and sell alcohol safely the way that restaurants and breweries are allowed.

Mayor Walt Maddox issued a 14 day order impacting Tuscaloosa bars and restaurants regarding the sale of alcohol. The University of Alabama ask the Mayor to take this action after seeing a spike in students testing positive for Covid-19 and seeing students on the strip without masks or social distancing.
