Northport Mayor Bobby Herndon’s Covid-19 Message

Northport Mayor Bobby Herndon  was recently released from the hospital after getting covid related blood clots. The mayor’s wife Kay was also hospitalized with covid.  Herndon told the 953 Bear Steve Shannon Morning Show how much he appreciated all the prayers & good wishes.

The Mayor also had another message for all of us.  Please take covid seriously. The virus has been responsible for hospitalizations & death in too many families.

Herndon reminded all of us to wash our hands, distance, and be safe.

Mayor Herndon also reported on the success of Northport’s new Planet Fitness.
