The popular streaming service Netflix released a new sitcom titled: 'Space Force,' which features an episode giving a shout out to Alabama Football coach Nick Saban and the Alabama football team. Saban has been seen previously in Mercedes-Benz commercials, and had an acting role in the movie 'The Blind Side'.

The new sitcom features Steve Carrell, Ben Schwartz and John Malkovich. The show is about a group of individuals establishing the United States Space Force. According to Alek Arend of thespun.com, "Netflix viewers have been spending the weekend binging all the episodes." Netflix is known for having a variety of original shows such as 'Stranger Things,' 'Orange Is the New Black' and 'The Witcher.'

In episode eight, the character Dr. Adrian Mallory played by John Malkovich wants more money and when his boss gives him a humorous response, he mentions Saban's pay as a head coach before shouting, "Roll Tide!" The character F. Tony Scarapiducci played by Ben Schartz responds with "Roll Tide, Roll!"

The humorous conversation was tweeted by ESPN's Holly Rowe and she even tagged Alabama Football and the 'Space Force' TV sitcom.

The Alabama football team is known for winning national championships recently because of Nick Saban, who is one of the highest paid coaches in college football. Nick Saban has six national championships and is tied with Paul Bear Bryant for the most all-time.

Alabama is scheduled to play USC on September 5, 2020 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Saban hopes to add another National Title to his record this upcoming fall.
