From the difficult to even comprehend story out of Bibb County, with more and more arrests being announced, to this story involving a mother who sold her own child from AL.com.

How could any mother go through a pregnancy and have a child be so much a part of your every fiber and then turn around and sell her to someone?

It’s one of the most disturbing stories ever.

Amy Morgan pleaded guilty to charges that she trafficked her own daughter, and now she’s going to prison.

An outcome that will hardly satisfy anyone who is not able to understand how any mother could do this to her child.

The man, Rama Raj "Sonny" Erramraju,  who was buying her daughter, has already been tried and convicted for his crimes.

He received 30 years in prison for his role in this horrific crime.

Parts of the trial for the case against him featured testimony involving a young boy who was also in the mother’s custody, watching other children in the car while the mother took her young daughter to the man’s hotel room.

The sentencing seems to conclude the criminal proceedings, but that poor child will need help for the rest of her life after what she has been through.
