Man Arrested In Cottondale Home Invasion & Homicide

Late Friday night Donald Augustus Clark,21,was arrested for a home invasion robbery in Cottondale.

Victim Willis Sample,77,died of a heart attack shortly after the robbery at his home.

Clark was distraught & said he was innocent as he was being arrested.
TPD said they have enough evidence to charge him with murder,robbery,kidnapping,& burglary.

Another suspect could be arrested soon.
