Allow me a few minutes to revel in the fact that Alabama is in a headline and it is 100% positive, making our state look good.

It’s just so distressing when you see headline after headline or study after study that make it appear.
The "coastal elites" were right all along about our home state.
In researching the story, I considered the fact that the criteria for what makes one place more livable than another are largely subjective, up to the individual. I think it’s very subjective in many, many ways.
I’m older and single, so what appeals to me is going to be very different from what a 19-year-old sophomore at the University of Alabama finds attractive about any community.
Well, in this case, I have experience in the very area that makes it onto this list.
What Alabama county are we talking about? Madison County.
Yes, North Alabama strikes again and is on another essential list of the 10 most livable cities and places in America.
I lived in Huntsville for several years before moving back to Tuscaloosa, and I must say all the hype is pretty much worth it.
The area has something for everyone, catering to a diverse range of lifestyles. In fact, one of the things that I noticed while living in Madison County was that in some respects.
If I didn’t know, I was in Alabama. I would’ve thought I was in a different state entirely.
