There will be no charge for those who choose to attend, and coolers of beer or bottles of wine will be welcome at the shows City Councilman, Matt Calderone described  it as “a fun, downtown, family-friendly event.”

 

This Friday the Lamont Landers Band will be on stage. Jordan Lamont Landers is a 21-year-old singer/songwriter from North Alabama, who has caused a stir on the Internet after his sister posted his impromptu soulful rendition of "Hit the Road Jack" to YouTube and Reddit. He attends school full-time in Tuscaloosa, AL, works a part-time job, and still manages to find the time to pursue his main passion- music, alongside the other members of his band, The Wheelers.

Jordan's influences include Stevie Ray Vaughan, Ray Charles, Doyle Bramhall II, Eric Clapton, Derek Trucks, Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Stevie Wonder, Sly and the Family Stone, John Mayer
