The days are numbered for a popular girls clothing store in Tuscaloosa. Justice, located in Midtown Village, is set to close as the company transitions to an online retailer.

USA Today reports Ascena Retail group, the parent company of Justice, has filed for bankruptcy and will close 600 stores nationwide. Justice, formerly known as Limited Too, will soon offer its clothing and accessories for online sales only.

Ascena Retail Group also owns Lane Bryant, Loft, Ann Taylor, and Catherine's and is expected to close 1,600 of its 2,800 U.S. stores.

Tuscaloosa's Justice is currently offering a markdown sale and is expected to close its doors within the next 30 to 60 days.
