The former President and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama is leaving the state for a similar post in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce announced it on its social media pages earlier today. Jim Page spent 11 years as President/CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama. Page had been working for a government and technology firm based in Huntsville.

Jim Page has a lengthy chamber of commerce history, including time with the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce in Alabama before arriving in Tuscaloosa.

While in Tuscaloosa, Page helped launch the successful West Alabama Works workforce development program, which connects employers and educators.

Kyle South took over after Page stepped down from the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama in the Summer of 2023.
