Alabama wide receiver Jameson Williams has established himself as one of the most electrifying players in college football this season. Against LSU, Williams caught 10 passes for a career-high 160 yards and connected with Bryce Young for a 58-yard touchdown to give the Tide a 20-7 lead in the third quarter. It was his second game this season with at least 10 receptions and 140 receiving yards.

The junior has been an immediate impact player for the Crimson Tide offense since transferring from Ohio State in May. Williams has produced at least one 55+ yard catch in each of Alabama’s last three games and 10 catches of 20+ yards. He quickly developed a strong relationship with Young, registering four receptions for 126 yards and a touchdown in Alabama’s season opener against Miami.

On the season, Williams has reeled in 45 receptions for an SEC-best 870 yards and seven touchdowns. He also became the first player in Crimson Tide history to return two kickoffs for a touchdown in the same game during Alabama's win over Southern Miss in week four.

The Saint Louis, Mo. native is making a strong case to win the Biletnikoff Award this season. Three Alabama players have received the honor in the past, including Amari Cooper (2014), Jerry Jeudy (2018) and DeVonta Smith (2020).

Williams has sky rocket up draft boards. In his latest big board, ESPN NFL draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr. has Williams ranked as the No. 2 wide receiver and No. 11 player overall for the 2022 NFL draft. His elite level speed will make him a coveted prospect come April's draft.

Alabama will return to action, Saturday, Nov. 13 against New Mexico State.
