Meteorologist James Spann was live this morning on the 953 Bear Steve Shannon Morning Show talking Zeta’s impact on the Tuscaloosa area.
Spann said we get the heaviest rain overnight into Thursday morning. Expect 1 to 2.5 inches of rain here in west Alabama.
James Spann believes the gusty winds will be strongest overnight tonight into Thursday morning.
Wind gusts of 20 to 30mph are expected. Spann said we may see gusts up to 50mph.
There is a possibility of trees and power lines being down.
Spann said we will see clearing Thursday morning and then “glorious weather” for the approaching weekend.
