PARA’s Grapes on the Green Returns to Tuscaloosa
Tuscaloosa residents will have an opportunity to sample food from several local restaurants while supporting community recreation when PARA hosts its 2026 Grapes on the Green fundraiser.
The event is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 22, from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at Iron & Ember at Ol’ Colony Golf Complex.
Grapes on the Green brings together local restaurants, wine, entertainment and recreation for an evening benefiting PARA. The event was recognized as the 2024 ARPA Innovative Special Event of the Year.
This year’s restaurant lineup includes River, Southern Ale House, Billy’s Sports Grill, Jalapeños Downtown, The Sanctuary on 25th, TuscNY, Urban Bar & Kitchen and Lost Pizza Co. Guests will move from chef to chef, sampling signature dishes paired with selected wines.

The evening will also include live music, indoor golf simulators and a silent auction.
“Grapes on the Green is a celebration of food, community and innovation,” PARA CEO Brian Davis said, adding that the Iron & Ember facility gives PARA an opportunity to combine dining, recreation and entertainment.
Tickets are $250 per order and include admission for two people.
Proceeds and sponsorship support will help PARA continue investing in recreational programs, facilities and community experiences throughout Tuscaloosa County.
Businesses can also participate as event sponsors, while additional opportunities are available for community members interested in volunteering.
More information on tickets, sponsorships and volunteering is available through PARA’s Grapes on the Green page.
