
Game Times Released for Alabama Baseball’s Super Regional Matchup with St. John’s
In the Tuscaloosa Regional over the weekend in the NCAA baseball tournament, the Crimson Tide secured a 3-0 weekend, advancing to the Super Regional with victories over Alabama State, USC Upstate, and Oklahoma State. The Crimson Tide won its second regional in four seasons, advancing to the Super Regional, which Alabama will host in Tuscaloosa for the first time since 2006.

The Crimson Tide's opponent will be the St. John's Red Storm, who defeated Florida State in an elimination game on Monday night, 5-4, to down the Seminoles in their home stadium in the Tallahassee Regional. This weekend's matchups between the Crimson Tide and the Red Storm will be a best-of-three series, with the winner advancing to Omaha, Nebraska, for the College World Series. The Crimson Tide hasn't been to the College World Series since 1999, while the Red Storm's drought is 19 years longer than Alabama's, with their last College World Series appearance coming in 1980.
Game times for Super Regionals have been announced by the NCAA:
Alabama vs. St. John's Game 1: Saturday, June 6, 8:00 p.m. CT. Game one will be broadcast on ESPN2
Alabama vs. St. John's Game 2: Sunday, June 7, 2:00 p.m. The television network for game two is yet to be determined.
Should the series go to three games, game three will be played on Monday, June 8, with a game time yet to be determined.
