Is Walt Maddox Running?

Mayor Walt Maddox broke news on the 953 Bear Steve Shannon Morning Show. We asked the mayor if he will seek another term in the upcoming March election.  Hear his response here.

Maddox also said he would not support another lockdown due to covid-19.

The mayor responded to Stan Pate’s idea for the old McFarland Mall property. Mr Pate broke news on 953 The Bear with an idea to build a Sports Plex & Entertainment District. Maddox said if the Republicans gain control of the senate that Senator Richard Shelby would be a great help.
