Is This Franchise Location the Worst Fast-Food Restaurant in Tuscaloosa?

There is one fast food restaurant in Tuscaloosa with customer service that's SO BAD it eclipses all others. Can you guess what it is?

Sure--I could come right out and tell you the name and location of this franchise, but where's the fun in that? Also: something tells me you'll be able to identify this restaurant because you, too, have been wronged by it.

I hit up the drive thru eaaaaaaaarly Tuesday morning (literally 5am) to purchase an English muffin stuffed with egg, cheese and sausage. Despite the fact that there was only one car in line ahead of me, I waited for about 15 minutes before my order was prepared. When I had the AUDACITY to ask for an accompanying packet of mustard, an employee rolled her eyes at me and said, "Yeah. Whatever."

Service with a smile!

Because I am 50% masochist and 50% moron, I went back to the same restaurant at the same time today. There was NO ONE in the drive thru, so I pulled up and waited.... and waited.... and waited....

I didn't want to say anything because I have ANXIETY and get nervous about asking anyone for anything ever, but after an awkward three minutes, I found the courage to muster a meek hello? directed at the speaker.

The dude working said HOLD ON A MINUTE so I did. I waited several. but he never got back to me. I just gave up.

Over the years I've been in Tuscaloosa, issues with this particular franchise include (but are not limited to):

• Missing items
• Incorrect items
• Fake fingernail in a burger that has an extra bun in the middle
• Inability to create ice cream-based dishes due to machine malfunction

I'm not trying to be a Karen here. I know how hard it is to work in food service, as I worked my way through college in fast food restaurants and waiting tables. I have nothing but respect for people in the industry.

I have no hate in my heart for this brand either. Their other locations are great, so kudos to them and their employees.

HOWEVER, the issues at this restaurant are just egregious. Literally everyone I know has had a bad experience at this franchise location. I'm just going to leave this here.
