Help Needed For Family of 15-Year-Old Carol Beth Phillips of Moundville

Carol Beth Phillips, 15 year old from Moundville, was an innocent bystander injured in last weekend’s shooting at University Mall.

Tiffany Vaughn, a family friend, joined the 953 Bear Steve Shannon Morning Show to tell us how to help our neighbor in Moundville.
