The Hillcrest Patriots are #1 for the first time in history. The program began in 1981 and Hillcrest made their first playoff appearance in 1983. Hillcrest now has 9 wins going into tonights game versus Selma and is ranked #1 in 6a football. In 2012 the Patriots had a 12 win season which is deemed by most as THE BEST TEAM EVER! So far, these Patriots are perfect...this team, that fans have waited to become seniors since they were 8th graders. Hillcrest is #1...just like the Crimson Tide and both are on 953 The Bear!!!
