Federal Emergency Management Agency Opens Mass COVID-19 Vaccination Site in Bessemer, Alabama
The State of Alabama has partnered with the Federal Emergency Management Agency to host a mass vaccination site in Bessemer.
Beginning Wednesday, April 21st, the community vaccination center will operate seven days a week for the next six weeks. Organizers aim to vaccinate 1,000 people a day. Appointments can be made by visiting this site.
The Alabama Department of Public Health is currently in Phase 2 of its COVID-19 vaccination plan, and all Alabamians age 16 and older are eligible to receive the vaccine.
