Secretary of State John Merrill talked to the 953 BEAR Steve Shannon Morning Show about extramarital affair claims that have just become public.
Cesaire McPherson has given vulgar descriptions of the alleged affair, accusations of Merrill using racist language, and alleged physical abuse.
The Secretary of State said he is being harassed by McPherson.
Merrill denied all the accusations.
