Dr. Charles Abney On Decision That Could Impact Local Health Care

Dr. Charles Abney, founder of the Pinnacle Physicians Group, told the Steve Shannon Morning Show that he is proud of the local service provided by Pinnacle hospitalists.

Dr. Abney believes the Pinnacle Physicians contract should be renewed by the DCH board. The renewal has not happened yet.

The Pinnacle physicians are local. They live here. Their families are part of the community. Abney believes a contract by DCH with an out of state company would result in services inferior to the Pinnacle quality of service history.
