Tuscaloosa’s Druid City Arts Festival Returns: What You Need to Know
The 12th Druid City Arts Festival returns Friday and Saturday at Government Plaza after being canceled in 2020 due to COVID-19. The event will feature over 70 unique vendors and live performances from 10 different musical acts. Here's everything you need to know ahead of visiting the festival, which promises to be the biggest and best yet.
When?
DCAF 2021 takes place Friday from 5-10 p.m., and Saturday from 10a.m. - 5 p.m. at Government Plaza in downtown Tuscaloosa.
Who?
With 72 vendors taking over the Plaza for the weekend, customers will surely find a variety of different fascinating items to browse and buy. A full list and map of participating vendors can be found below:

Anything to Eat?
DCAF is set to host 20 mobile food trucks for anyone wandering around the plaza. There's a variety of everything from coffee to tacos to snow cones. Here are the vendors available for each day:

This year's festival kicks off with two rocking rounds of live music Friday night, and comes back swinging Saturday with a whole slew of performances from local bands, choirs and more:

Saturday, May 15:
- Tuscaloosa Big Band - 10:00-10:45 a.m.
- Alabama Choir School - 11:00-11:30 a.m.
- Alabama Blues Project - 11:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
- Drum Nation - 12:30-1:00 p.m.
- Tuscaloosa Children's Theatre - 1:15-1:30 p.m.
- Bounds and Determined - 1:45-2:30 p.m.
