Consider Adopting Grace From the Humane Society Of West Alabama

It's really amazing to see typical human qualities in animals. I remember when I was growing up, my favorite pet dog was blue. We had many different dogs throughout my childhood but Blue was my top favorite. He'd always whimper whenever it was time for me to go to school. It was crazy to see him show emotion like that, I even noticed it at a young age.

That's just like Grace. She has a mood-changing smile that any family would love. Every week, we team up with the Humane Society of West Alabama to bring you a pet that's looking for a home. This week's HSWA Pet of the Week is Grace.

Press Release
Grace is a 9-year old terrier/shepherd mix with a smile that could light up a room. She is about 36 pounds, but that is a little overweight for her body frame. This sweet dog is very social and has a nice energy, but due to financial and physical issues with her guardian, she is now seeking a new home. Grace is used to being inside, so she is house and crate-trained, does well with other dogs, and tolerates cats. Grace loves to be with people and is always ready to go for a car ride.
Grace is up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed, and heartworm negative. Grace's adoption fee is $75. Please call us at 205-554-0011 or email humaneswa@yahoo.com to set up an appointment to meet her.
