Community Birthday Card Shower for Stillman College’s Oldest Alumna
Lucille Logan Hardrick, a distinguished graduate of the Stillman College Class of 1942, recently celebrated a significant milestone.
As Stillman College's oldest alumna, Lucille Logan Hardrick recently reached an extraordinary milestone by celebrating her 105th birthday. This remarkable achievement is even more profound, considering her pioneering role as the “first person in her family to graduate from high school,” according to a press release from Stillman College.

Hardrick, a retired educator, has become a symbol of perseverance and dedication, embodying the values that Stillman College instills in its students. Her journey from being a trailblazer in her family's educational history to becoming a centenarian is a testament to her many years of unwavering commitment to learning and excellence.
She was visited by the institution's president, Dr. Yolanda W. Page, along with Pat McCaa, Vice President of the National Alumni Association of Stillman College, and Hardrick’s son Willis.
To help celebrate Hardrick’s 105th birthday, the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. - Eta Xi Omega Chapter and the St. Mark AME Church Lay Organization are hosting a community birthday card shower.
