Bessemer Drive-Thru COVID-19 Testing Opens Soon

According to ABC 33/40, Cahaba Medical Care will be opening a drive-thru testing site for COVID-19 this week. The site will be located at the Bessemer Civic Center each Wednesday  1pm-5pm until further notice, starting April 8th, 2020. 

There are a limited supply of testing kits so only patients with symptoms such as cough, fever, shortness of breath will be tested. You can also be tested due to an employer mandate, or being exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

Cahaba Medical Care requires all patients to pre-register prior to testing HERE. Following the pre-registration, you will receive a time to arrive and other needed information.
