A goofy Auburn fan defaced the Alabama Crimson Tide logos on soap dispensers at Moundville Archaeological Park saying he was "offended by the Alabama logos on the soap dispensers because, he said, he is an Auburn fan."

The Moundville Times reports the man told a park employee that he was offended, the park employee explained that the park was owned by the University of Alabama.

Employees later reported to police that someone had used a knife to scratch Xs over the UA logos on the dispensers. The chief and UA officials have reviewed video from the museum and are working to identify the prankster.

Wild Bill from 95.3 The Bear heard this story and replied, "Huh, I didn't know Auburn fans used soap that often anyway!" :)

Damaging the dispensers would qualify as misdemeanor criminal mischief.
