I like easy cooking and it doesn't get much easier than this. If you are a shrimp lover like me, you will love this! My wife saw this recipe on her Facebook Timeline.

So I bought a couple bags of frozen shrimp, peeled them, melted a stick of butter in a shallow pan, laid out lemon slices in the butter, added the raw shrimp, sprinkled dry Italian dressing over them and bake at 350° for 15 or so minutes and BAM! Done.

(the pic above was robbed from the lady who posted this on my wife's Facebook, she didn't peel her shrimp it seems) I thought about taking a pic of my shrimp way to far into the consumption process.

I also followed the directions on the back of some blackening seasoning I found in the cabinet and blackened a few shrimp. We had baked potatoes with sour cream, bacon bits and cheese on the side. There were no left overs.
