These sources compiled data from the FBI's Uniform Crime Report, which tracks crime rates across the United States.

Now, you can be upset with the message or argue the sources but don't hate the messengers!

 

Here is the criteria, according to the folks providing the data, for determining these numbers. The rankings are based on factors like violent crime rates, property crime rates, population size, and socio-economic factors such as poverty and unemployment.

THE 10 Most Dangerous Cities in the US for 2024.

- 10. Stockton, California: Stockton's violent crime rate is 1,352.7 per 100,000 residents, with high property crime rates. Economic problems, poverty, and gang activity drive its crime rates.
