They do have some credibility. They have released a list of the most dangerous items in our refrigerators.

The list was based on food poisoning statistics.

Do you have any of the danger zone things in your fridge? I’m betting you probably do.

The dangerous foods are most often linked to outbreaks of some kind, according to consumer Reports.

These types of bacteria are the culprits…
listeria, salmonella, or E. coli. And occasionally all three. These devils can make you really sick or even kill you.

Cucumbers
Raw Milk and Raw Cheese
Eggs
Onions
Leafy Greens
Organic Carrots
Organic Basil
Pre-Cooked Meat

I have seven of the above dangerous food items in my refrigerator. Just to be safe, I will probably hit the KFC drive-thru. Stay fresh!
