Alabama Credit Union Suspect Should Have Been In Jail

18 year old Cedrick Collins was charged with robbery and more after a Tuscaloosa police standoff and taking multiple hostages. He's the guy that wreaked havoc at Alabama Credit Union Tuesday morning. Luckily nobody got hurt. It could have ended tragically for 11 hostages.

Collins was charged in 2015 with abducting a woman from University Mall, robbing her and then raping her.

Why was this criminal walking the streets after the 2015 incident? We need answers.

The University Police & Tuscaloosa police are credited with a quick response Tuesday morning.
