Former President Donald Trump began his efforts to build a wall at the border while he was in office.

Almost immediately, the Biden administration halted construction on the wall. Developer Stan Pate bought pieces of the wall and brought them to Tuscaloosa.

You can have your picture made in front of the border wall for a donation to hurricane victims in the Southeast.

Enter the McFarland Mall parking lot off Skyland Boulevard to donate and have your photo taken with the pieces from the border wall.

The border wall is set up near the Dollar Tree store.

Donations needed for hurricane victims include cash, new or like-new blankets, and coats.
