Extreme Heat In Tuscaloosa
Crazy heat temps this week and today Tuscaloosa feels like 110, West Blocton at 112. Don Hartley says kids can have heatstrokes quicker than you may think and everyone needs to be careful even if you're in great shape. Many days this week will see heat warnings until 9pm at night so take care of you and the animals in your life.
Message from the Hale County animal shelter...Please make sure your pets have a cool place and lots of cool, clean water during this heat wave. Short faced dogs are more susceptible to heat. Check on elderly neighbors too! It’s going to be a hot week, temps close to 100’s. #WildBillShow
