Holt @ Hale Co:  It's the Peyon Ryans show in Moundville along with the Native American Festival this weekend where we can learn about incredible people and culture.  RIP to Jimmy Yellowhorse, a Cherokee teacher that passed away 2 months ago, his flute not heard this year at the festival and will be missed.  

Sipsey Valley @ American Christian:  ACA just keeps winning, who can remember a team that got bounced up a classification and went undefeated in the regular season play so long, at this point I'd like to see ACA play the Hillcrest/Bryant winner.

Greene Co @ Gordo:  The Green Wave is rolling and Gordo is ranked #2 in the state with vision of an undefeated season but a tuff tiger team stands in the way tonight.  Greene Co is solid and 3-1 in the region, I know this, NOBODY in the state of Alabama is wanting to see Green Wave Stadium on their schedule this year.

McAdory @ Hillcrest: Hillcrest needs to win to see the playoffs, and the pats have lost the last 2 and their sitting in the 4 spot in the region.  That means you're the last one in, and ya gotta win!

Brookwood @ Northridge:  Brookwood has never beaten Northridge, and the Jags are struggling and looking for their first win.  Brookwood comes in hopeful and Northridge is hungry for W.

Here's what my buddy Harold Trull says about this one.."Gordo Green Wave vs Greene Co. Tigers. The No.2 ranked Gordo Green Wave (6-0) (4-0) plays at home tonight against the Greene Co. Tigers (4-2) (3-1) in a Region 4 matchup. This will be the 10th meeting between them with Gordo leading the All Time Series 8-1. Greene Co. comes to Gordo with a 4-2 record with wins over Vernon 38-20, Holt 28-26, Sumter Central 27-18 and Hale Co. 61-0. There two losses were to Central 53-12 and Carbon Hill 35-29. They have won there last 4 straight. Gordo looks to keep there perfect season intact with a win tonight, I think they do just that but my gut tells me closer than I would like, GORDO 34 GREENE CO. 18.
