What Does Tuscaloosa Need?

What does Tuscaloosa need? I thought we were getting a STEAK & SHAKE, but that appears to not be happening.

Off the top of my head I think we need a Culvers Butter Burgers, Trader Joes, an Ikea store, a Golden Corral, and that's just a start.

And please redevelop the old McFarland Mall eyesore that greets visitors coming into town.
