Each year, there are certain collaborations that stand out and are chosen for Vocal Event of the Year at the ACM Awards. Little Big Town and Miranda Lambert won the trophy last year; it's awarded to the winning collaboration's artists, producers and label. Once again, there are five talented pairs up for the category in 2017.

If "Forever Country" wins Vocal Event of the Year, there will be a serious number of ACM trophies to hand out! The special mashup features an extensive all-star cast, including Reba McEntireTim McGrawRandy Travis and many others.

Dierks Bentley and Elle King are an unlikely pairing, but "Different for Girls" turned out to be a match made in country music heaven. Bentley (the father of two girls) is a fan of King, and thank goodness he asked her to record the track with him: Their voices blend well, making the song -- and this pairing -- award worthy.

A collaboration with McGraw will always turn heads, even more so when it's country duo Florida Georgia Line with whom McGraw is working. The undeniably catchy anthem "May We All" comes from FGL's Dig Your Roots album.

“Setting the World on Fire,” from Kenny Chesney and featuring Pink, explores the emotions of falling in love. It was the second single from Chesney's newest album, Cosmic Hallelujah, and its appearance on the project was very last-minute; in fact, Chesney delayed the release of his record specifically for the song. The wait was worth it.

Chris Young and Cassadee Pope made “Think of You" a standout reminiscence of a recent breakup. The singers, who are now tight-knit friends, hit No. 1 and earned gold with the tune.
