University of Alabama Student Charged with Rape

Two rapes reported by Alabama students this weekend.

A Bama student has been arrested in one case, while the other is being investigated.

A 19 year old student told cops that Luke Dubose assaulted her at her home. The victim said she came home from a bar about 1230am Saturday. She says she woke up with the accused in her bed making advances. A roommate called 911.

In another case, an 18 year old student told cops she and friends returned home from bars intoxicated when a 20 year old man forced himself on her. The suspect was with a group of males lying on the living room floor. He began giving the victim a foot massage then allegedly forced himself on her. The man denies sex was involved.
The investigation is ongoing.
