Tuscaloosa Woman Charged With The Unthinkable

The Tuscaloosa News reports a Tuscaloosa woman has been charged with neglect of her disabled brother. DCH called police when a 90 lb man covered in bed sores & dried feces arrived at the ER.

Lynette Franks, 51, was arrested. Franks lives with her disabled brother at Traditions Condominiums. She was charged with abuse of a disabled adult, a felony.
